INDIVIDUAL SETTINGS

You couldn’t say that all e-bikes are the same, just as you couldn’t claim all people are identical. We have different physical conditions, are at different fitness levels and have our own desires, goals and needs. As a result, e-bikes with the FIT system can also be individually adjusted and extended with accessories and upgrades.

MOTORS

Do you have an e-bike with FIT system integration and Panasonic motor or Pinion MGU drive? Wonderful – then you have the option of adjusting further individual settings within the FIT E-Bike Control app. There are different modes:

EASY MODUS

In this mode, you can set whether you

a) would like more range, but less assistance from the motor or
b) more assistance, but less range.

In addition, the speed of the pushing aid can be adjusted from a minimum of 4 km/h to a maximum of 6 km/h. This means that the assistance adjusts to your walking speed and the e-bike is easier to push on an incline.

Available for Brose, Panasonic and Pinion MGU. No information is currently available on other motors.

EXPERT MODUS

In Expert Mode, all assistance levels can be individually adjusted. You can adjust the following values to suit your needs:

Support ratio – which multiplies your effort accordingly.
Maximum torque – which limits the motor power for the corresponding assistance level.
Properties of the motor power – which you set for the «Auto» assistance level. If the setting is «active», the motor delivers full performance as quickly as possible. If it is «soft», the motor accelerates more smoothly, but ultimately reaches maximum performance.

Available for Panasonic and Pinion MGU. No information is currently available on other motors.
