For Switzerland and the EU: FIT will be closed for the holidays from December 22, 2025, to January 4, 2026. The first working day after the holidays is January 5, 2026.

If you work in a workshop and have questions about your customer’s e-bike, contact our customer service via the FIT Service Portal or search the knowledge database for the answer you need. You will also find various tutorials in the dealer area.
