The FIT system is designed to make your everyday work so much easier. As a FIT specialist dealer, you will benefit from numerous services and products enabling you to offer your customers tailor-made e-bikes.
FIT gives you a variable system for various e-bike brands with different motors, upgrades for these, batteries and replaceable hardware. Regardless of this, you only need one maintenance tool for all your pedelecs.
Why register with FIT?
If you have e-bike models with the FIT system in your range, you must register with FIT as a dealer. This is the only way to gain access to the e-shop for spare parts and accessories, connect the e-bikes to the maintenance tool and contact FIT customer service if you have any questions or problems.

Once we have verified your details here, you will receive a welcome email containing your customer number and login details after a few working days.
One login for all FIT tools.
The same login (SSO) grants you access to the e-shop for product orders, the FIT Service Portal, the FIT maintenance tool and the dealer area.
REQUIRED FOR MAINTENANCE
Change mode: the 3 e-bike modes explained
OEM mode
Manufacturers deliver e-bikes in OEM mode. This serves as theft protection on the way to your specialist dealer. The motor assistance switches off after just 5 minutes, making the e-bike unattractive for theft.
Test mode
After receiving the e-bike, change the mode in the FIT Maintenance Tool. In test mode, you can test ride the e-bike with limited riding options. After 15 minutes, a test version message appears on the display.
Sales mode
Before you hand over the sold e-bike to your customers, you must switch the mode from test mode to sales mode. This is the only way to make the e-bike fully rideable.
FIT Master Node
In OEM and test mode, the FIT Master Node flashes magenta and green alternately before the support level is displayed. In sales mode, the support level appears immediately after starting up.
FIT Key Card
The personal proof of ownership of the e-bike. The FIT Key Card contains an individual QR code that is used to activate the e-bike in the FIT E-Bike Control app.
When selling the e-bike at a specialist dealer, you must therefore ensure that you hand your customers the FIT Key Card that comes with the e-bike.
