Please contact a FIT specialist dealer if you’ve lost your FIT Key Card.

Please contact your FIT specialist dealer, who must provide you with the FIT Key Card paired with your e-bike.

Each FIT Key Card is unique. You need it to connect your e-bike to your account via the FIT E-Bike Control app. Then you can control your e-bike using the FIT E-Bike Control app. The FIT Key Card is like a digital vehicle registration certificate. It serves as proof of ownership of a specific e-bike.

The app shows whether the scanned QR code of the FIT Key Card is valid.

If the scanned QR code is valid, the app searches for the corresponding e-bike via Bluetooth. The e-bike must be in close proximity and switched on. The ID of the bike being sought is displayed on the smartphone: «Looking for e-bike ID number XXXXXXXXX». If the e-bike’s ID is not the same as the e-bike you want to pair, it will not be possible to find the e-bike. In other words: The FIT Key Card belongs to another e-bike.

In cases where the e-bike ID is correct but the e-bike still cannot be paired, it usually helps to reinstal the app and delete the e-bike ID from the Bluetooth device list in the smartphone (via the smartphone’s settings).
