Here is a guide to solve the most common problems: 

  1. Check the details are entered correctly: Make sure you use the correct spelling for your username and password. The username and password are case-sensitive. Make sure you haven’t made any typing errors.
  2. Remove blank spaces: Make sure there are no spaces before or after your username or password. Sometimes, accidentally inserting spaces can cause problems.
