HAZARDOUS GOODS
E-bike batteries are hazardous goods and must therefore always be packaged and transported separately for legal reasons (ADR – Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road). Orders in combination with other items will therefore incur multiple shipping costs. The following also applies to battery shipping:
- Island shipping not possible
- Express delivery not possible
- Authorization to leave a parcel not possible
- Delivery to a neighbor not possible
- Shipping to parcel boxes not possible
- Shipping to parcel shops that do not accept hazardous goods is not possible
We have no control over these restrictions.
PARTIAL DELIVERY
If not all items are in stock, partial deliveries may occur! In the case of partial deliveries, no additional shipping costs are incurred.
