DEALER AREA – YOUR STARTING POINT AT FIT
The FIT tools are designed so that you can access all platforms with a single login and password. The dealer area in the FIT e-shop serves as a starting point for all tools and contains useful information for everyday working life. In addition to the news ticker, it also includes an e-learning area, which we are continuously expanding.

THE MAINTENANCE TOOL FOR ALL FIT COMPONENTS
The FIT Maintenance Tool is our cloud-based diagnostic and maintenance tool for all e-bikes with FIT integration and interface to the FIT database – different maintenance programs are no longer required. In combination with the FIT Maintenance Adapter, the FIT Maintenance Tool is your most important working instrument. Components are easy to update and extend, and chargers and motors can be upgraded.

Contact us via the FIT Service Portal to handle service cases or problems and questions relating to our FIT E-Bike System. We will answer very urgent inquiries via live chat. THE IDENTITY CARD OF THE FIT E-BIKE
The FIT Key Card is the identity card of the FIT e-bike and also serves as a gateway to the digital world.
Important: every FIT Key Card is configured for the specific e-bike with which it is delivered and is required to connect the e-bike and the FIT E-Bike Control app. Don’t lose it or swap it for a different one!
