BATTERIES
Our lithium-ion batteries are high-performance batteries. They contain cell types that have been specially developed for e-bikes and offer the ideal balance between capacity, performance, weight, and lifetime. This makes them the perfect source of energy for your e-bike adventures, guaranteeing maximum ranges – in both the city and countryside.
FIT batteries are equipped with modern lithium-ion cells. The intelligent Long Life Mode charging function protects the cells from overloading when charging, thereby extending the lifetime of the battery. FIT has the right battery for every application and installation method. Batteries from the same model series are interchangeable. However, the fit depends on the frame size.
FIT batteries can be conveniently removed and charged either directly on the e-bike or removed.
They are available in four different positions:
Semi-integrated Battery
Semi-integrated batteries offer a lot of flexibility in the frame design and guarantee easy battery replacement and secure attachment of the battery.
Seat tube battery
Provides comfortable handling with a large grip area.
Fully integrated battery
Intube batteries can be elegantly integrated into the down tube. For easy handling and harmonious bike design.
Range Extender
Extends the range of the e-bike. Ideal for long tours.

FULLY INTEGRATED POWER WITH UNIQUE LOCKING MECHANISM
The Tubepack batteries have a unique locking mechanism called FIT Clictake. FIT Clictake offers an innovative solution for the secondary battery lock that simplifies removal. Removing intube batteries is often cumbersome as it is done from the bottom or side and often requires a second hand to prevent the battery from falling out. FIT Clictake makes it easy to remove the battery one-handed.
When the battery is unlocked, it falls into the integrated secondary lock at the top end of the battery, which ensures that the battery remains securely in place without the need for an extra hand to hold it. The battery can be easily released from the secondary lock by gently pressing it in the opposite direction of removal and then removing it.
Whether at home or on the go – our range includes battery chargers for every use. They are handy, robust and compact, meaning that the e-bike battery can also be charged at any time on a tour.
Please note: The right voltage is crucial to prevent damage to the e-bike during charging. We currently offer 36 V (4 A or 6 A) and 48 V (3 A or 4.8 A) chargers.

The charging current of the FIT Standard Charger 36 V can be increased from 4 A to 6 A.
Modern lithium-ion batteries do not suffer from any loss of voltage, even after repeated charging and partial discharge. Charging is possible at any time without any problems. Even a premature interruption to charging doesn’t harm them. Nevertheless, batteries lose a certain capacity over time. This is about 10 % a year. However, their exact service life depends on a number of factors – their storage, protection and general handling have an effect on their lifetime.
The Long Life mode prolongs the lifetime of FIT batteries. This function can be set via the display conveniently. The battery is then charged with a lower charging current and remains within a power range of 20 % to 80 %.
