For the model year 2024, the following manufacturers offer e-bikes with the Pinion MGU in different categories: Red Deer, Simplon, and Bulls offer E-MTBs. You’ll find trekking e-bikes as well as cargo e-bikes at Kettler, Flyer, Tout Terrain, Pegasus, Zemo and I:SY. S-pedelecs are also available.

What is the overrun function of the Pinion MGU and how can I adjust it?

The overrun function ensures that the assistance on the e-bike continues briefly even when you are no longer pedaling. To do this, follow these steps: Open the FIT E-Bike Control app and make sure that your e-bike with Pinion MGU is connected to the app. Open the MGU setup. Go to the motor settings. Select «on» or «off» in the overrun settings This activates or deactivates overrun for all 4 assistance levels. It is not possible to set this for each assistance level individually.
